ART OF THE THRESHOLD
transformative work within the home and psyche
When something that has been carried too long finally shifts, within the home or in the psyche, a new chapter can open. Much of what keeps us stuck is a threshold never fully crossed, a room still holding what should have been released, a life still circling a chapter that longed to close long ago. Something started, and never finished. This is the work I do. I help find what's stuck, in a home or in a life, and help it complete its crossing. Whether that's walking through a physical space with you, or using your birth chart to find and complete an unfinished rite of passage, we'll finish something together so a new beginning can arrive.
THE CROSSING
PSYCHE
This is how the work is addressed within the psyche. Using your astrological chart, we dive into your life story to find an initiatory process that was started and unfinished, the rite that was attempted alone or never given the container it needed. Using archetypal elements of your natal chart, we approach the threshold you never fully crossed, and complete the crossing. This work can be done virtually via video calls. The elements we work with:CHIRON marks where the wound sits, the specific place in life where an initiation was attempted without the container it needed.THE LUNAR NODES mark the pattern you keep repeating, and the direction still waiting to be claimed. The South Node shows what you've been completing instead of crossing. The North Node shows what becomes possible once the crossing is finished.PLUTO marks what has to be let go of before the crossing can complete, the underworld layer of the work, where real transformation happens.THE FOUR SESSIONSSession One: Naming
Together we read your chart, moving through Chiron, the Nodes, and Pluto to find the specific unfinished rite your life has been circling. We also uncover any attempt you already made toward this rite, formally or informally, alone or with others, so we can complete what was started. The session closes with your unfinished rite named in your own words.Session Two: Descent
We return to the moment the rite was interrupted, meeting what was left behind rather than simply discussing it. This is where the real material of the crossing surfaces.Session Three: The Crossing
Together, we build and complete a rite specific to what's surfaced in the first two sessions, a real threshold act, witnessed, that finishes what was started and gives your psyche a true ending to what had been left open.Session Four: Return
We integrate what's shifted and translate your North Node into a concrete, ongoing practice by marking the specific way you'll live differently now that the crossing is complete. We close with a marker of your own choosing to seal the work.
THE CLEARING
SPACE
This is how the work shows up in space, because homes hold memory the way bodies do. Walking through the home, we identify what it's carrying, what wants to be moved, released, and what wants to stay. This is intuitive space work, part clearing, part listening. Helping a home release what has been outgrown allows for shifts to take place at other levels. How a session unfolds:WALKING THE SPACE: We set an intention for the session and name what shifts the space can mirror and clarify for your life. We move through your home together, room by room, reading what's present rather than starting with an agenda of what to fix.NAMING WHAT'S BEING CARRIED: As we walk, we name what surfaces, memory tied to objects or arrangements, places where energy feels stuck or heavy, spaces that no longer reflect who you are now.CLEARING AND RELEASING: Where something's ready to move, we work through releasing it together, whether that's physically clearing an object or space, or shifting how a room is used and arranged.INTEGRATION. We close by noting what's shifted, as well as setting an intention for the integration of the changes that were made.Sessions can be single visits or ongoing work, returning as a home (and your consciousness) continue to shift and release over time.

ABOUT MOLLY
I didn't arrive at this work from theory. I arrived at it from walking along my own unfinished thresholds, and from years of sitting with other people at theirs.I hold an MA in Philosophy and Religion from CIIS, but the real education came from hands-on work: as a massage therapist, counseling astrologer, in being a mother, and for years as a psychedelic facilitator - all of these roles come back to holding space for transformation to unfold. Over the years a pattern became impossible to ignore. Almost everyone I worked with was circling the same thing: a threshold they had approached, alone or without the container they needed, and never fully crossed.I think of what I do as midwifery, in the oldest sense of the word. A midwife doesn't create the birth, she tends it, reads what's already underway, and helps it complete safely. That's the role I take on, whether I'm sitting with someone's chart, walking through their home, or holding space for a journey. I'm not the one doing the transforming. I'm there to recognize what's already trying to move and help it fully arrive. What drives me is a deep passion for meaningful transformation, the kind that actually changes how someone lives, not just how they think. Astrology, psychedelic facilitation, and home clearing are different doors into the same room. I use whatever tool fits the threshold in front of me, because what matters to me is that the crossing is completed and celebrated.I live and work in Eugene, Oregon.
